A mandatory, in-person Informational Meeting will be held on Thursday, August 25th from 6:30-8:00PM. The location for this meeting is the Hilton UF Conference Center (1714 SW 34th St).

UPDATED: Skill Evaluations will be held on August 29th, August 30th, & September 6th. Times and locations will be as follows:

   2. Fill out the Google Questionnaire in its entirety, and ensure your email address is correct. This is what we'll use to communicate with you before Skill Evaluations.

2. UF RecSports Sport Club Waiver (Men's Lacrosse)
   1. Click the link above, scroll to find and click on "Sport Clubs-Lacrosse".
   2. Click on "Men's".
   3. Sign in to complete the Sport Clubs Waiver for Men's Lacrosse.
   4. NOTE: If you have trouble completing this waiver on the computer, try completing it on your phone. If that doesn't work, be sure you've completed Item 1 (UF Men's Lacrosse Skill Evaluation Registration), and we'll sort out the waiver at a later date.
